The Incident List interface provides a real-time overview of all reported incidents within your organization, including Accidents, Near Misses, and Unsafe Conditions. It is designed for tracking, filtering, and managing safety events, with a focus on transparency, accountability, and performance monitoring.

📊 Dashboard Widgets

At the top of the screen, you will find 4 summary indicators:

Total Incidents
Displays the total number of submitted incidents.
Incidents by Type
A pie chart showing:
- 🔴 Accident
- 🟠 Near Miss (NM)
- 🟢 Unsafe Condition
Incidents by Status
A visual representation of:
- 🔵 Ongoing
- 🟢 Closed
- 🔴 Overdue
Incident Closure Performance
A gauge showing the percentage of incidents closed compared to total reported.

📋 Incident Table

Each record displays key details:

Column Description
INC# Unique incident reference number
Date Date the incident was reported
Title Brief description or subject
Type Type of incident (Accident, NM, Unsafe Condition)
Category Selected incident category (e.g., Fire, Equipment Failure)
Location Where the incident occurred
Assigned Person responsible for corrective action
Due Deadline for completing follow-up
Status Ongoing, Closed, or Overdue

Click the filter (funnel) icon to open the search panel.

Assigned ToFilter by the responsible employee
Due Date From / ToFilter based on action deadlines
StatusFilter by status: Ongoing, Closed, or Overdue

Use filters to quickly find overdue or unassigned incidents.
