Question 1

What is Green Codes Pro?

Accepted Answer

Green Codes Pro is an integrated, bilingual platform for health, safety and environment (HSE), compliance, sustainability, security and operations. It connects modules such as safety observations, incidents, permits to work, risk, audits, training and ESG in one application with shared workflows and dashboards.

Question 2

Is the platform available in Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and English with a fully mirrored right-to-left layout. Reports, PDFs and notifications are produced in each reader’s language, and people can switch language at any time.

Question 3

Can we start with a few modules and add more later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most organizations start with the modules they need first — often observations, permits, incidents and actions — and add others as their programme grows. Because the modules share one platform, new ones connect to your existing records.

Question 4

Can contractors and consultants use the platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Green Codes Pro models clients, project management consultants, consultants and contractors. Partners can be given their own access through the partner portal and see only the records that concern them.

Question 5

What does the AI assistant do?

Accepted Answer

Where an AI provider is configured, the assistant answers questions about your records, explains screens, analyses site photos for potential hazards, summarizes records and prepares first drafts of observations, actions and reports. Every suggestion stays a draft until a person reviews and confirms it.

Question 6

Can the AI see data a user is not allowed to see?

Accepted Answer

No. Answers are built only from records the signed-in person could already open. Confidential lists return totals only, and data categories such as medical or commercial information are sent only to AI connections approved for them.

Question 7

Does AI replace our HSE professionals?

Accepted Answer

No. AI in Green Codes Pro supports professional judgement — it drafts, highlights and explains. Qualified people review, approve or reject every result, and the platform keeps working if no AI provider is configured.

Question 8

How is access controlled?

Accepted Answer

Access is role-based and can be limited by company, project and site. Administrators manage an authority matrix, separation-of-duties rules, temporary access and periodic access reviews.

Question 9

Does Green Codes Pro support two-step verification?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign-in can be protected with authenticator-app codes and single-use recovery codes, with policies that can require two-step verification by client, company or role.

Question 10

Are changes to records audited?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Configuration changes and field-level record changes are recorded with who made them, when, and the old and new values. Approvals and electronic signatures are kept with each record.

Question 11

How is Green Codes Pro priced?

Accepted Answer

Green Codes Pro is offered on an annual subscription contract. Pricing depends on your scope — users, projects, sites and modules — and is set by our commercial team in a customized quotation.

Question 12

What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

Three months of subscription fees are payable in advance. The remaining schedule is agreed in your contract.

Question 13

How do I get a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Use the quotation request form to tell us about your organization, users, projects, sites and the modules you need. You will receive a reference number immediately, and our commercial team will contact you to confirm the scope.

Question 14

How long does implementation take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the number of modules, projects and integrations, and on how much existing data is migrated. We agree a rollout plan with you during discovery.

Question 15

Can we import our existing registers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Spreadsheet imports use templates and show a preview before anything is written, for registers such as incidents, risks, contractors, workers and equipment.

Question 16

What training and support do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Role-based training in Arabic and English, an in-app help center, guided tours, narrated video tutorials and a support desk with service levels.
