Anonymous QR Reporting

Every Voice Matters. No Account Required.

Put a QR poster where the work happens. Anyone on site scans it with their phone camera and reports what they saw in a minute — no app, no sign-in, and in Cloud Light no need to give their name.

Easy reporting for all

If they have a phone camera, they can report.

QR reporting reaches the people who never sign in to a safety system — and often see the most.

  • Workers on shift

Report in the moment, from where the hazard is, without stopping to find a form.

  • Subcontractor crews

No user accounts to create for every crew that rotates through the site.

  • Visitors and inspectors

Anyone escorted on site can raise what they notice before they leave.

  • Drivers and deliveries

Gates, yards and loading bays get a voice from the people passing through.

Location-specific posters

One code per place — so every report knows where it came from.

Each QR point belongs to one location. A report sent from its poster arrives already tagged with that location and its project.

A code for each locationGates, floors, workshops, yards — create a QR point for each and the location is filled in for the reporter.
Ready-to-print postersIn Cloud Light, download each poster as a PDF in Arabic, English or both.
Retire a poster at onceSwitch a code off — or, in Cloud Light, issue a new code so the old poster stops working. Changes are recorded.

Confidentiality and reporting culture

People speak up when they trust the channel.

We are precise about what the QR form collects, so you can make honest promises to your workforce.

In Cloud Light

  • No sign-in and no account — the reporter never becomes a user.
  • Name, phone and e-mail are optional, and you can switch them off for a QR point altogether.
  • Contact details that are given are stored encrypted and shown only to people who review reports.
  • No IP address or device details are stored with the report.

In Green Codes Pro

  • No account is needed to report.
  • The reporter gives a name and a phone number or e-mail, so the safety team can follow up. Pro QR reporting is not anonymous.
  • The report arrives as a draft for the officer who receives that code.

Management receives actionable records

Not a suggestion box — a record with an owner.

  1. 01

    Report arrives

It lands in the observation register with its location, type, description and photos.

  2. 02

    Reviewers notified

In-app and by e-mail. High and critical reports also alert the people responsible for escalation.

  3. 03

    Action assigned

The reviewer confirms the details and raises a corrective action with an owner and due date.

  4. 04

    Reporter checks status

In Cloud Light, the private tracking code shows the report’s status — nothing more.
