Safety Dashboards Built Around the Decisions You Make
Build useful Green Codes Pro dashboards with saved layouts, relevant charts and clear access permissions for different responsibilities.

A dashboard should help someone make a decision. A project manager may need overdue actions and open incidents; a safety lead may need trends and recurring issues. Showing every metric to everyone can hide the work that deserves attention. Green Codes Pro offers customisable dashboards so teams can organise the information around their responsibilities.
Choose the question before the chart
Start with a practical question: which actions need escalation, which project needs support, or whether reporting is keeping pace with closure. Select a small number of cards that answer it. A trend chart explains movement over time, while a clear number or list can make an immediate workload easier to see.
Save a layout that supports regular review
Authorised users can adjust available card widths, order and visibility and save their layouts. Custom dashboards can also be shared with users or organisational roles, with editing rights controlled separately. Sharing a view does not remove the permissions that govern its underlying information.
Keep the review context consistent
Agree the period and organisational or project context before comparing figures. During a weekly meeting, record the filters used and open the relevant records to understand the causes behind a change. A useful dashboard is the beginning of a conversation, not a substitute for checking the evidence.
Improve the board as responsibilities change
Review the layout with its users after a few reporting cycles. Remove cards that nobody acts on and add the information needed for a specific decision. Home dashboard cards use the available customisation controls; drag-and-drop composition belongs to the separate Report Studio dashboard composer.
