The challenge
In an emergency, call-out lists, response checklists and the record of decisions are scattered across phones and paper. Afterwards it is hard to reconstruct who was told, when responders arrived and which steps were late.
Declare an emergency in one step: the plan starts, the team is called, the clock runs.
Declaring an emergency numbers the event, instantiates the matching response plan as timed steps, links the incident it came from and calls out the team, including external contacts. The response is run from one page with an append-only log, response times, level escalation, crisis communications approval, stand-down and a post-event review.

How Green Codes Pro helps
Green Codes Pro turns the organization's emergency plans into a live response: steps are due against the clock, call-outs are acknowledged, every entry in the log is timestamped and corrections point to the original. Crisis-level events add a decision log and approval of external statements.
How it works
The 6 stages a record moves through, from the first entry to a verified close.
Stage 1
Declare
Stage 2
Call out team
Stage 3
Respond
Stage 4
Contain

Declaring numbers the emergency, starts the matching response plan, links the source incident, starts the workflow and calls out the team.
Configure emergency types, escalation levels and response plans with timed steps and contact lists in Settings.
Call out users by role and external members of the plan's contact lists, track who acknowledged, and record acknowledgements received by phone or radio.
Name the incident commander, who can open and run the emergency they command.
Plan steps are due against the clock, completed with who and when, and overdue steps are flagged and notified.
Every entry is timestamped; corrections point to the original, and decisions are logged at crisis level or by the commander.
Record team notified, first acknowledgement, responders on scene, first aid, ambulance called and arrived, and hospital arrival, measured in minutes from the declaration.
Change the emergency level with a reason; escalating to a crisis level adds the crisis plan and tells the team.
Statements on a crisis-level event are approved through the workflow before being marked issued and written into the log.
