The challenge
Warning signs — overdue investigations, permits running past expiry, a contractor repeatedly late on actions — sit in different modules and are noticed too late. Leaders get either too many notifications or none at all.
Detect issues across every module, prioritise them and escalate until someone acts.
Configurable rules watch observations, incidents, actions, permits, inspections, findings, NCRs, contractors, compliance and the risk register, and raise prioritised risk signals from P1 critical to P4 low. Each signal reaches the responsible people, escalates by SLA through project roles and line managers, and appears in an alert center and an executive risk dashboard.

How Green Codes Pro helps
Green Codes Pro reads the platform's own records, raises one signal per issue with a clear reason and next action, and resolves it automatically when the condition clears. Escalation ladders, quiet hours and per-person preferences keep alerts relevant, and every signal is visible only to people who can see its source record.

Twenty-five rules across observations, incidents, actions, permits, inspections and audits, findings, NCRs, contractors, compliance and the risk register, each with on/off, thresholds and a priority map.
Scheduled rules spot repeated high-risk observations at one project, spikes, projects accumulating unresolved critical issues, and contractors with repeated overdue actions.
Each signal carries P1–P4 priority, its source record, the reason, facts, the responsible person, a recommended next action and SLA deadlines.
Signals resolve themselves when the source is closed or the deadline is met, and re-checks run when a record changes and every five minutes.
The first evaluation records what is already open without messaging anyone; only new issues are announced afterwards.
Per-priority acknowledge and resolve deadlines with ordered steps to project roles, permission holders and line managers; acknowledging does not stop escalation on resolution.
A priority queue sorted by priority, escalation, breached deadline and urgency, with filters, acknowledge, resolve with reason and export.
Pop-ups, alert tones per priority, volume, desktop notifications and quiet hours, with organization defaults and personal preferences.
What is critical now, late or escalated, where it sits by project and contractor and how fast it is closed, with every figure opening the matching signals.
AI-assisted
Where AI is configured, AI writes executive briefings, explains a signal and suggests next steps, and breaks ties in ordering within a priority — never changing the priority. Facts are computed first, numbers and references not in the evidence are removed, and a suggestion becomes a corrective action only through a draft a person confirms. Every AI feature has a rule-written fallback; early warnings are trend-based, not predictive.
AI suggestions support qualified people — they never replace professional review, and every decision stays with your team.
AI across the platform →AI executive briefing
Where AI is configured, a briefing for the organization, a project or a contractor, written from computed facts with unsupported numbers removed.
Explain and suggest
On request, AI explains a signal and suggests next steps; a suggestion becomes a corrective action only after a person reviews and confirms the draft.
Ask about your risk data
Ask questions on the dashboard; answers come from the reader's own signals and records, cite their sources and say when they cannot answer.
